Cooking with us...

Here at Well-Fed we are on a mission to get you and your family to eat well and cook easy and our programme was created with this in mind.

The programme is centred around building people’s relationships with food and getting everyone in the kitchen cooking from scratch, which is crucial for health and wellbeing. Whether you have never cooked, lost the love of cooking or simply just need some inspiration we have something for everyone.

The recipes covered during our four-week programme have been specially selected to cover a range of cookery skills so that you can begin your journey to become a confident at home cook.

“Cooking for a family can often be a chore, but it really doesn’t have to be. Our slow cooker bags are fresh, tasty, nutritious and convenient”.

    • Charlotte Jones

"I attended the slow cooker course through Well-Fed and I can honestly say it has helped me so much. Before the course started, I had literally no knowledge of healthy eating and had built up a bad relationship with food"

    • Sam Quinn

"After four sessions I have gone away with so much more confidence and knowledge to pass onto my children and set a example that good, healthy food can be easy to prepare and is cheaper than premade convenient foods”

    • Tracy Hughes

"The Eat-Well-Cook Easy programme has an extremely positive impact within local communities and the benefit to the participants is hugely beneficial. We know that eating well can drastically change the way someone thinks, feels and helps with decision making and general well-being".

    • Alan Thomas

"After developing an eating disorder in my late teens, I lost all confidence in cooking, even cutting vegetables felt impossible. As a single parent of three, I knew I had to make a change. The Well-Fed team explained everything step by step with patience and made me feel completely at ease"
