Company Structure

Currently based in Flintshire, North Wales, Can Cook is a UK registered Charity (Charity No:1178169).

Can Cook has two trading subsidiaries. Can Cook (Food) Limited, was incorporated in 2015, to provide catering services & social programmes. Whereas, Well-Fed (Services) Limited was set up through a partnership with ClwydAlyn & Flintshire County Council in 2019 to undertake commercial contracts for the delivery of foods on & to tackle food poverty across North Wales & Merseyside.

    Our organisation is built on a unique partnership between Flintshire County Council, ClwydAlyn Housing Association, and the social enterprise Can Cook. Together, we combine public, private, and social expertise to deliver meaningful results.

    We prioritise sustainability in everything we do, from our plastic-free MealVend catering solution to working with local farms to reducing food waste. Our governance framework helps us stay focused on creating long-term positive change.
